Mainland China account terms

These terms are between you and Goutong Lab (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and cover creation, sign-in, security management and deletion of an AIKDNA mainland China account. Read these terms and the mainland China privacy policy before using the account.
Service scope
A mainland China identity can connect to supported AIKDNA applications using separate application sessions. Sign-in alone is not a promise of paid functionality, a subscription or product availability. Those details are governed by the product information and order you choose.
Account security
Use an email address or phone number you control. Protect your password and verification information, and do not share session credentials. If you notice unauthorized activity, change your password, disconnect affected sessions and contact support. Verification and security measures depend on risk and the enabled configuration.
Region selection
Mainland China and international accounts are registered separately without identity synchronization. Choose the region appropriate to the service you intend to use. An account in another region does not automatically copy, merge or migrate this region's data.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, abuse registration or verification at scale, attack authentication systems, bypass security controls or infringe others' rights. We may apply necessary and proportionate restrictions to conduct that threatens accounts, the service or others and address lawful requests.
Sessions and offline use
Application sessions may be refreshed or revoked. An application with an offline identity receipt may use only the offline features permitted by that receipt and product rules, and must verify its session when connectivity returns. An identity receipt is not proof of paid entitlement.
Export and deletion
You can export account information and request deletion of your mainland China identity after confirming your password and the deletion scope. Deletion cannot be reversed, so save information you need first. Identity deletion is distinct from downstream products, device files, backups and legally retained records; one response does not mean all data has been immediately erased.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, network or security issues may interrupt service. We provide clear failure states and appropriate recovery paths. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated appropriately. These terms do not reduce your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. You may first seek resolution through the support channel below, and if unresolved, seek relief in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
