Mainland China account privacy policy

This policy is provided by Goutong Lab (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. for the AIKDNA mainland China account service at account.aikdna.cn. Application content, working files and paid services are covered by the relevant product notices.
Account and verification data
We process the email address or phone number you provide, credentials required for authentication, and verification, recovery and sign-in results. Passwords are checked by the authentication system and are not retained in ordinary application logs. Email and SMS methods are available only when the relevant service is enabled.
Sessions and security
We process account and application identifiers, session status, necessary timestamps and network request information to sign you in, revoke sessions, prevent abuse and investigate failures. Each application receives its own bound session. Offline identity receipts do not grant paid entitlements.
Regional accounts
Mainland China and international accounts are registered separately and managed by their respective regional services. Their identity databases are not synchronized. Switching regions does not migrate an account or session. Review the other region's policy if you choose to use it.
Page storage and email links
This account page holds credentials temporarily in the current page's memory. It does not put them in browser local storage or cross-site tracking cookies. One-time email-link information is removed from the address bar after being read. Desktop applications use their own documented secure storage for authorized sessions.
Processing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Authentication, message delivery and infrastructure services process only the information necessary to provide account services. Before enabling a processor or a cross-border transfer, we will explain the relevant parties, data, purposes and choices and meet applicable notice and authorization requirements.
Retention and deletion
Account and security information is retained as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Deleting a mainland China identity does not automatically erase device files, downstream product data, backups or records that must be legally retained. Results distinguish identity deletion from subsequent processing.
Your choices and rights
The account page lets you export data, change your password, sign out of the current application session and confirm identity deletion. Use the support channel below for access, correction, copying, deletion and other applicable data-rights requests. We will verify necessary identity information before processing a request.
Audience and changes
The current account service is intended for adults with full civil capacity. Material changes to processing purposes, methods, scope or rights channels will be communicated appropriately. This policy does not treat another region or an unavailable feature as a service you have already chosen.
